Hi, I’m Shannon.

I believe sewing is about so much more than fabric and thread. It’s about finding confidence, trying something new, making beautiful things with your own two hands, and discovering that you’re capable of more than you thought.

I’m a lifelong maker, fabric collector, pattern tweaker, and firm believer that creativity should be fun—not intimidating. Whether you’ve never touched a sewing machine or you’ve been stitching for years, my goal is to create a space where everyone feels welcome.

​

The Sewcial House was born from a simple idea: what if learning to sew felt more like gathering with friends than taking a class? Around here, we laugh, we chat, we cheer each other on, and we leave with handmade projects we’re genuinely proud of.

​

When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me on the tennis court, curled up with a good read, momming to my two kids, planning my next creative project, or convincing myself I definitely need more fabric.
